My research activity mainly focuses on higher levels of biological organization, ie populations to ecosystems, even if I have also an interest for intraspecific and individual questions.
I’m investigating the role of trophic interactions as drivers of structure and functioning of ecosystems, by example regarding organic matter fluxes, or the importance of some functional groups in fish assemblages. At lower levels, I’m interested in understanding what drives the individuals strategies, notably regarding the fish – parasites interactons.
My research largely uses intrisinc trophic tracers, like stomach content and stable isotopes.
I’m also serving as an associate editor for Cybium
