Principal activities

• Set up the simulation protocol (model selection, indicators, choice of fishing scenarios and climate forcings) and coordinate with the modellers in charge of running the simulations.
• Execute the simulation plan for the Eastern Channel ecosystem models to assess the interaction between fisheries and climate in the Eastern Channel, and analyze the uncertainty related to the structure of the models.
• Analyze regionalized projections for the modeled ecosystems under different fishing and climate scenarios.
• Build an R Shiny application to communicate model projections to stakeholders.
